Super chill guy. Really only makes a few lectures mandatory for participation and he will let you know which ones but other than that not super strict and readings not mandatory. Most of the work comes from weekly discussion assignments which are pretty easy. No exams for this class either, just a final paper. Highly recommend to take for breadth
